    This product can detect the length, width and height, axle number and spacing of the vehicle through raster more accurately than the traditional manual detection and has passed certification of Anhui Institute of Metrology.     Product Composition

    The product consists of the core control unit, information acquisition unit (gantry, grating), video monitoring unit (optional), voice broadcast unit (optional) and LED display unit (optional).

    Deployment Requirements

    1. A 10 meters wide and 5 meters long horizontal platform is required to be provided on the assembling floor. The height error should not exceed 1% and a roof is preferred to prolong its service life.

    2. The gantry should be customized according to the requirements of Keli and installed in the slot on the ground, and a crane is required during the installation process.

    3.Eight pairs of raster modules are required, three to measure the length, two to measure the width and three to measure the height, installation should be performed by professional and technical personnel due to requirements for high accuracy.

    4.The back-stage module can be flexibly deployed on WINDOWS of a general computer.
